Why I built LingoFam and why it's free
As an English teacher, I’ve seen the exact moment where most learners get stuck.
There are thousands of free resources out there to study English grammar. Yet, millions of people still struggle to speak fluently. Why? Because the most important part of language learning—actually speaking it—is almost always locked behind an expensive paywall. Traditional platforms force you to pay just to have a real conversation, leaving countless learners with no free, safe space to practice talking.
So That is exactly why I built LingoFam. I wanted to break that barrier completely by creating a high-quality, 100% free speaking community where anyone can practice with real people from all over the world.
But I didn’t stop at just building a speaking platform. I realized that traditional learning from old, dry textbooks is boring, which is why people give up. To solve this, I’ve completely gamified the learning process. I design fun lessons and I want to make learning so engaging that even people who usually hate studying find themselves wanting to learn.
Running a massive free community, hosting servers, and creating high-quality interactive content every week isn’t free. To keep LingoFam 100% free and open to every single learner who needs it, I need your help.
